FAITH-BASED EDUCATION

Giving children a strong foundation built upon biblical values and faith is incredibly important in today’s world. In our preschool program, they will have access to learning and development that will help to put their best foot forward—now and no matter where life takes them!

Our State-licensed Preschool program is dedicated to supporting and contributing to the success and well-being of families. The importance of education during a child’s developing years is unparalleled, and we strive to provide a solid foundation that will serve them well throughout life—academically and spiritually.

We invite you, as parents, to partner with our professional team to ensure that your child gets the most out of their early childhood education.

Classes

Our classes are divided into groups based on each child’s age, beginning at 2 months old. Prep classes include 4-year-olds who are preparing to enter kindergarten.

Staff participates in continuing education throughout the year to ensure they meet the Minimum Standards set by the State of Texas. We also have teachers who are certified Children Development Associates (CDA).

Curriculum

Our students thrive on a biblically based curriculum known as “Essentials Preschool Curriculum.” This learning plan integrates faith in Jesus Christ with educational content and promotes effective learning processes. The goal of this curriculum is to give each child the opportunity to experience academic and spiritual growth simultaneously. Every lesson teaches the letters of the alphabet, colors, numbers, shapes, social/emotional skills, and more.

Age-appropriate activities are integrated into each classroom’s daily
curriculum to enhance learning experience.

After School Program

This program is for children in grades K-5.
Bus drivers pick up participants directly from their school and transport them to our facility where they will eat a snack, work on homework, participate in center time, and enjoy time outside.

Hours:
Monday-Friday
3:00-5:30 pm

School pick-up is available at:
Anderson, Brandon, Brookhollow, Burley, Dunbar, Kurth, Slack, and Trout.

Daily Activities

Children will engage in a variety of age-appropriate activities throughout the day.
Classes enjoy circle time, storytelling, working with numbers and letters, and discussing shapes and colors.
Weather permitting, each class enjoys daily outdoor physical activity while playing on the playground or riding tricycles on the trike path. Our infants and young toddlers enjoy regular stroller rides and nature walks around the beautiful campus.
Music classes are a part of the daily routine for 2-year-olds through 4-year-olds.

Chapel

The 3 and 4 year old classes participate in Chapel services nearly every week of the school year. These 15-20 minute worship services engage children through music, story, and ritual. One of the pastors or church members leads chapel.
Parents are welcome to attend chapel with their child. A special “Family Chapel” service at the end of the year welcomes family members of all ages to celebrate the chapel experience together.

Snacks

Snacks are provided each morning and afternoon, and are served with juice, milk, or water.
Lunch is not provided.
